IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE: IN ORDER TO PROCESS ALL PAYMENTS CORRECTLY YOU MUST FILL IN THE PAYPAL FORMS AS STATED BELOW!!

FOR PARENTS / LEGAL GUARDIAN WHO ALREADY HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT:

After selecting the “Make a payment now” button at the bottom of this page you will exit the Group Travel Network website and enter the PayPal website. The first screen you will come to is the “Checkout” page.

1. In the payment for field you will enter the name of the participant traveling
2. In the amount field you will enter the amount of your payment
3. In the PayPal Password field you will enter your PayPal Password
4. Now select the “Continue” button

You will then go to a page which already has all of the account information you
have previously set-up with PayPal.

1. VERY IMPORTANT: In the “School / Institution Name” field you should enter all of the following:
a. School Name
b. Type of group (i.e. Band, Choir, Orchestra)
c. Participant's Name
d. Destination of group's trip
e. Date of group's trip
2. Click on the “Continue Checkout” button
Your payment will now be processed and you will receive confirmation that the payment has successfully done so. You will receive an updated invoice from Group Travel Network within three business days. FOR PARENTS / LEGAL GUARDIANS WHO DO NOT HAVE OR WANT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT:

*Please note should your total overall payments be greater than $1000.00, Paypal will no longer accept your payment unless you become a verified Paypal account member.

• Increased security - Verification not only offers you increased security, it lets others know you are a confirmed member of the PayPal community.
• More buyer and seller confidence - Buyers and sellers value your Verified status. It shows you have
successfully passed PayPal's identification checks

1. Enter the Participant's Name in the “Payment For” field
2. Enter the amount of your payment in the “Amount” field
3. Select the “Click Here” button next to the “If you do not currently have a PayPal Account”

You will then go to a page where you will be asked to enter your “Shipping Billing Information”

1. Enter your personal information in the respective fields. Please be sure to enter the same billing information
where you receive your credit card
statement.
2. Select the “Continue Checkout” button to proceed

Once the payment is made, you will receive an updated invoice from Group Travel Network within three business days.
